History

Core Management Resources Group, founded in 1979 in Macon, Georgia serves as a  benefit management company assisting employer groups of various sizes with the design and implementation of employer-sponsored, not-for-profit, self-insured programs.

We believe that every company should have employee benefit plans that are easy to manage, have low cost, and provide excellent quality of care. We achieve this goal by partnering closely with employers, employees, and healthcare providers to develop tailored benefit plans that control costs, reduce risk, and improve productivity. To do this, we integrate plan design, risk management, technology, medical management, and customer service. The result is a tightly integrated benefit solution that best serves the needs of employers and their employees.

Managing medical costs requires the cooperation of physicians and hospitals. Our provider network agreements provide access to a wide variety of physicians and hospitals at some of the most competitive rates for service.

You will not find an automated call routing system when you call our office; your incoming call is answered by a real person! Core does not outsource so that means that you deal directly with us. 98% of all member calls are handled at the time of the call.
