Claims Analyst

Core is a unique administrator in that our customer service is provided by the claims analyst. This allows the same individual that administers the claims, to discuss the details of the claim for any member/provider inquiry. Additionally, if any adjustments are required on a claim, the same individual performs those adjustments.

According to the AMA’s latest findings, commercial health insurers have an average claims-processing error rate of 19.3 percent1, whereas Core’s claim examiners processed 100% of claims correctly2.
